[R] positioning of R windows

I'm sorry - yes I meant 2.15.3. But I think it probably does not matter.
Others are not seeing the behavior that I am (with any version), so I don't
think R is the problem. But I will post if I ever get it figured out.

That's a little ambiguous. Do you mean 2.15.3? I didn't put the new change
into that, because it was too late. You can try a build of the development
version, which will be released as 3.0.0 in April, and you should see
different behaviour.
