[R] Help in installing R

I don't know anything about your Redhat machine.
But you could carefully inspect the list you gave.

Item 102 says that you don't have an F77 compiler installed. I.e. no fortran compiler.
Since you have gcc installed, installing gfortran (item 75) would certainly help.
