[R] Problems installing FAME package on Windows 7.

So this message is about your FAME installation.  It seems the latter is 
32-bit and you say you are using 64-bit R.  What did the maintainer say 
when you asked him (see the posting guide)?  Also: check your setting of 
variable FAME if you do have 64-bit FAME installed.
