[R] installing RMySQL error due to cygwin

when i am installing package manually (using below command) i get error about
cygwin as,

> install.packages("C:\\Users\\trendwise\\Downloads\\RMySQL_0.9-3.tar.gz",lib=getOption("lib"),

i dont want to uninstall cygwin
