[R] odfWeave fails to load

package ‘odfWeave.survey’ successfully unpacked and MD5 sums checked

Error: package ‘odfWeave’ could not be loaded

any ideas, anybody?? I had odfSweave on 2.12, but no such thing on 2.15 just
odfWeave.survey and it won't load.
