[R] Matrix Header Name Select

Hi,

i have a matrix with headers. How can i get header name in that marix ?
i tried in R, with 
names(MyMatrix[1]) - its getting exactly.

But when i try in eclips, its not receiving
ColHdr <- names(MyMatrix[1])
- it getting NULL value

- could you please help me ?
