[R] Unable to fit model using “lrm.fit”

It is impossible for anyone to give you a useful answer without
a ***self-contained reproducible*** example.

BTW you are ***NOT*** using "lrm library" --- you are using
the rms ***package***; lrm() is a function from that package.
