[R] Problem loading package 'JGR' using R-2.15.0 (Win32).

Not I.
You really should read the posting guide, because you are not describing your system or problem in a reproducible way. Some obvious first questions might be "are you using the latest versions of R, was it a binary distribution, is JGR up-to-date, are your other loaded packages up-to-date..."
