[R] Bold font in "paste" function

the display of colors on the command line is not in teh scope of R but
depends on the terminal you're using.
If you're using Linux and a bash terminal, you can try to print control
characters for colors like described in Arch Wiki:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Color_Bash_Prompt#List_of_colors_for_prompt_and_Bash

I don't know whether Windows' "cmd"-terminal can print colors.
