I want to fit a bi-Weibull distribution, as defined by Evans et al. in their book Statistical distributions: http://www.scribd.com/doc/57260630/164/FIVE-PARAMETER-BI-WEIBULL-DISTRIBUTION I would like to know if there is any package in R that already does it, or any quick procedure to accomplish it.
