[R] Attempting to update from R 2.14 to 2.15

 Thanks arun .  It looked good but no luck.  

I have updated my /etc/apt/sources.list, apparently installed the gpg code etc thanks to Dan N's pointers by no go.   Still the same error message when doing sudo ap-get update.
