[R] UTK mirror

Hi all,

The past couple of days I have been trying to update my R installation
(Debian) and I am getting the following:

I notice that http://mirros.nics.utk.edu now takes me to
https://magic.nics.utk.edu/home and that the link to the CRAN UTK
archive gives a 404 error (page not found).  Is this mirror dead?

I searched the archive and can't find any threads on the UTK mirror
for June or July.
