Would just saving the results onto an object saving it work?
From the help page example
summary(fm1 <- aov(breaks ~ wool + tension, data = warpbreaks))
myresults <- TukeyHSD(fm1, "tension", ordered = TRUE)
write.table (myresults, file = kskskkkkk)
