see par.setting in ?xyplot
or

trellis.par.get() # beware it is verbose
or for starters
names(trellis.par.get() )

eg
par.settings = list(axis.text = list(cex = 0.75),
   par.xlab.text = list(cex = 0.85),
   par.ylab.text = list(cex = 0.85)),
