[R] RODBC Error Code 202 on Mac OS X 10.6

I thought that maybe installing the RODBC package from source might fix the problem:
install.packages("RODBC",type="source")
but to no success.
RODBC still gives the same warning with the same error code and very little information to tackle the problem.
