[R] conversion of Modified Julian Days to YMDHMS format

Does anybody knows how to convert Modified Julian Days(MJD) to YMDHMS format? 
The sample data set which I have is as follows 
time <- c(1832.415 ,1832.415 ,1832.415 ,1832.415 ,1832.415 ,1832.415
,1832.415, 1832.415, 1832.415 ,1832.415)
which is Days since "1.1.2000" (in UT time, starting at 00:00:00)
