[R] Error in xy.coords(x, NULL, log = log) : (list) object cannot be coerced to type 'double'

Hi there,

When I run the code below I get the error

Error in xy.coords(x, NULL, log = log) :(list) object cannot be coerced to
type 'double'

Any tips how I can resolve this?
