[R] Can't install rJava

Hello. I have this error:
> install.packages("rJava")
Installing package(s) into ‘C:/PROGRA~1/R/R-212~1.0/library’
(as ‘lib’ is unspecified)
Warning in install.packages :
  package ‘rJava’ is not available
Does this mean that rJava is not available at all?
