[R] heritability estimation

Moohbear,

I may be able to help, in that I've had some graduate course work in plant breeding and some experience with R.

However, I can't tell for certain with the information provided. What papers that use SAS or SPSS are you citing? 

The question I would ask, in order to determine if I could help, might be more domain-specific - what kind of traits are you measuring, what type of experiments - so I don't know if that would should be continued on this list.
