[R] Problem creating reference manuals from latex

You need to install the inconsolata.sty file.  It is available on CTAN 
(the TeX network, not the R one).  You say you don't have Internet 
access, so I don't know how you'll do this, but presumably there's a 
way:  you got MikTex installed somehow.
