[R] multivariate modeling codes

Hi,
It is not at all clear to me what type of model you are trying to fit.
You could consider ?manova for a multivariate analysis of variance
require(lme4)
?lmer
for longitudinal regression type models
or perhaps
OpenMx: http://openmx.psyc.virginia.edu/
for structural equation modelling in R.
