[R] Upgrade R?

Not sure about W7 but I can easily remove R installation by simple 
deleting its directory (95/98/2000/XP/Vista). I believe that there can 
remain something in registry, what you probably can remove manually or by 
some suitable third party programme (e.g. CCleaner).
