[R] connection problem

Hi, 

I have a problem during choosing a Cran mirror, a&n error messages comes:
 > In open.connection (con, "r")
         connection to 'cran.r-project.org' impossible to prt 80.
I don't know why? can you help me to choose a cran mirror.
