Can you clarify what you mean? The strength of the correlation is the
correlation. One (somewhat) useful definition is Cohen's, who said 0.1
is small, 0.3 is medium and 0.5 is large.
Or do you (as your subject says) want to get the power for a
correlation? This is a different thing.
