Ah, but it doesn't use any of the projection and coordinate standards
such as those in the PROJ4 system.
Obviously its because PROJ4 comes initially from the EPSG (European
Petroleum Research Group) and their goal is to make us burn fossil
fuels and climate scientists are trying to stop us.
