[R] plotting date data over couple of months

I am sorry again.. 

I am posting the sample data.. 

my data set is huge.. dimension of my data set is 50000 x 6 
   scan.no    bird.no             date                   time

I have dates values from april and whole month of may (except some days..
when i was not able to record the data)
