[R] R scheduling request

You could write a batch file and then have your OS schedule to run R on the batch file whenever you want (see Rscript for one approach of running the batch).
Inside of R you can use Sys.sleep to wait a certain amount of time before running the next command. If you load the tcltk2 package then you can use the tclTaskSchedule function.
