[R] Weighting of variables‏

Dear All,

I have run PCA using prcomp() and generated a loading plot using biplot(). In addition, I would like to extract the
weighting for each of the variables in the loading plot so I can see which of the variables have the most influence 
on the distribution of the points in a 2D plot of PC1 and PC2.

Is there a simple function for this?
