Howdy,

I don't know wha tyou mean when you say that the ordination is not displayed
"right". Howeveer, you can flip an axis by setting its limits in xlim or ylim.
First axis is flipped by: 

m <- cca(dune)
plot(m, xlim = c(2, -3))
