[R] dendrogram height in heatmaps

Hi

I am trying to make heatmaps of a protein array and got the heatmap2 to work.  The only issue I have now is that the dendrogram appears squished except at the last level.  I am not sure if an attachment will work, but just in case please find attached file to get an idea of how it looks.
