[R] coxme, colon2 dataframe

I am exploring the coxme function. The help page uses two examples that use the colon2 dataframe. The data frame is not included in the material that is installed when one loads the coxme package. The  web site that contains the colon2 data, does not have the file in an immediately usable fashion. Does anyone have a copy of colon2 as an R dataframe?
