[R] ATSP to TSP reformulation

Hi Ian,

Your example runs for me without problems. It seems that you are using 
an older version of TSP. Please upgrade to the latest version TSP 
(update to TSP_1.0-3). I am using:

other attached packages:

loaded via a namespace (and not attached):
[1] tools_2.13.1



Hint: use '<-' instead of '=' for assignments.
