[R] RGTK2 - Entry Point not found

I have a  problem loading RGtk2

Platform:
Windows XP
R 2.11.1

In the popup window I get:

The procedure entry point cairo_clip_extends could not be located in
the dynamic link library libcairo-2.dll

and in the R command:

Error in inDL(x, as.logical(local), as.logical(now), ...) :
  unable to load shared library
'C:/PROGRA~1/R/R-211~1.1/library/RGtk2/libs/RGtk2.dll':
  LoadLibrary failure:  The specified procedure could not be found.
