[R] Using Windows Tahoma Font for Graphics Text

1) See the rw-FAQ and read and edit the file etc/Rdevga
2) Set up your own font family: see ?windowsFont.
Both are mentioned in the obvious place: the help file for ?windows
(see the posting guide).
