[R] plot graph(quantile regression for panel data)

Hi,everyone

I have two group data.
x=c(0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6,0.7,0.8,0.9)
y=c(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9)
and the confidence interval  of y
[0.9,1.1],[1.9,2.1],[2.9,3.1]
[3.9,4.1],[4.9,5.1],[5.9,6.1]
[6.9,7.1],[7.9,8.1],[8.9,9.1]
How can I get the graph?
