[R] help on compile r-2.10.0 on 64 bit window

This is not the right list: see what the posting guide has to say 
about C/C++ programming questions.  However, I doubt if the volunteer 
helpers will be willing to support you to do this, having chosen not 
to add support for x64 Windows in R 2.10.x.
