[R] package debug not available in Ubuntu

Hi, i have 8.10 Ubuntu, R version 2.7.1  on 64 bit pc. I install packages
fine, but when i try to do install.packages("debug") i get error message 

package 'debug' is not available

Does this package exist for Ubuntu?
