[R] Problem building packages on windows: /cygdrive/c/Rtools/bin/cp: target `xf-))' is not a directory

Thanks Uwe

For the record, if I have errors in my Rd, where can I find a summary?

The below does indeed work, so I'll build the new package on Linux and then finish off the windows one here.

R CMD INSTALL --build CORNA_1.2.tar.gz

Thanks again

Mick

No, that's fine.

Works for me in the sense that I get a binary package, *but* there are
several issues with the Rd format and it is recommended to use

R CMD INSTALL --build CORNA_1.2.tar.gz

on the tarball rather than

R CMD build --binary CORNA

on the source directory. Does the former work for you?

If not, please check your R Startup files if they contain strange code
and check your tempdir ...
