[R] Euclidean Distance Matrix Analysis (EDMA) in R?

I've been looking around myself, but I couldn't find any. Maybe
somebody will chime in to direct you to the correct places. I also
checked the papers, and it seems not too hard to implement. If I find
some time, I'll take a look at it next week.
