[R] rgl problem on Fedora 13

Thanks for suggestions.

I installed from Fedora repos as `GL' related libraries, and restarted,
and then restarted. The it worked perfect again. Weird behaviour
considering I did a clean install, and no complains when compiling
'rgl'. I cannot explain it.
