[R] increase memory

You need a space between

"C:\Program Files\R\R-2.11.0\bin\Rgui.exe"

and

--max-mem-size=500M

The first is the application that Windows calls, and then following
parts are options that Windows pass to that application.  Without the
space, Windows things all of it is the application to be called.
