[R] MacOS X binary for lme4 not available on CRAN

If it helps to know, installing it from source seems to have worked fine for me, and I am no expert at this stuff.

If you have Mac problems, you should try the R-sig-mac list, most of these issues have already been asked there, and you will get responses quite quickly normally.
