[R] Regarding installation from ROracle

I am using windows Xp OS and R 2.10. I treid to install ROracle package and I
got following error:- 
 

This application has failed to start because orasql9.dll was not found.
Re-installing 
the application may fix this problem

I have already installed the dependecy package DBI

Please help me...
