[R] Rcmdr installation under Unbuntu installatiion errors

Dear John,
I see that you already got an answer suggesting that you install the Ubuntu Rcmdr package, or install the tools required to build R packages from source. If the packages shown below are the only ones that failed to install, then you're probably OK. Most are dependencies of dependencies. An exception is the rgl package, which is needed for 3D scatterplots.
