[R] tickmarks with time in dotplots

Thanks Phil, I was also trying to get at something like that but couldn't
quite figure it out as quickly. 

Mikkel, I guess for your specific example you would need to define ticks
like this:

ticks = seq(min(C$Time),max(C$Time),by='30 min')
