[R] Shapiro-Wilk test problem

Trafim,

Could you please provide an example of the data?

I don't believe the sample size to be the driver of the issue you are 
having.

For example,

set.seed(20)
x <- rnorm(100)
shapiro.test(x)

returns no error and a p value of 0.5519.

Sample (or actual) data would be helpful in diagnosing the problem.
