[R] Reg: Rgraphviz installation

Also, a general suggestion about errors like this: google them!
Searching for "libcdt-4.dll was not found" brings up
http://n4.nabble.com/Rgraphviz-install-td878526.html as the first hit,
and appears to describe the solution.
