[R] Complete newbie - create microarray image from data file?

  I would suggest you try this message on the Bioconductor mailing list:
people here only know enough to know the meanings of the worlds 'microarray'
and 'illumina', but not enough to know what to do with them.  You should
find much greater expertise over there.
