[R] Recyclable

I should note that I realise this function is pretty trivial to write
(see below), I just want to avoid reinventing the wheel.

recyclable <- function(...) {
  lengths <- vapply(list(...), length, 1)

  all(max(lengths) %% lengths == 0)
}
