MSToolkit: An R Library for Clinical Trial Simulation

Mango are pleased to announce the release of MSToolkit, an R library that facilitates the simulation of clinical trials. Funded by Pfizer Inc and developed by Mango Solutions and Pfizer, MSToolkit is covered by the GNU Public Licence (GPL). MSToolkit provides a range of capabilities for the simulation and analysis of clinical trial data, including the ability to simulate and evaluate adaptive trial designs. Data Visualisation in R; harnessing the power of ggplot 2 presented by Dr Hadley Wickham, 1st-2nd November, London.  

Mango Solutions is delighted to offer a one-off 2 day training course with Dr. Hadley Wickham, R Project Data Visualisation Guru and creator of ggplot 2.  The course is his first public training course in the UK and is a must for any R user looking to improve their data visualisation skills. Suitable for any level of R experience, it will especially benefit those who know how to get data in and out of R and who can do some basic modelling.  Places will be limited on what is already proving a very popular course.

LONDONR

The next LondonR meeting is in the diary for Tuesday October 5th.  LondonR is a free and informal event, held quarterly and intended to serve as a platform for all local and regional R users to present and exchange their experiences and ideas around the usage of R. A typical LondonR meeting will consist of 3-4 talks of about 20-25 min to give plenty of room for sharing your R experiences, discussions and exchange of ideas.
